Founder & CEO, Dreamari & Dream Opportunity

Joshua Pierce is the Founder and CEO of Dream Opportunity and Dreamari. He has spent over a decade building pathways that connect under-resourced students to real economic mobility. Before the age of 30, Joshua personally built the organization’s full portfolio of partnerships with global corporations, including JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, EY, Blackstone, Brookfield, Kellanova, Verizon, Paramount, Peloton, HSBC, Kroll, and others. Through these partnerships, Dream Opportunity has worked with more than 100 schools and 50,000 students across the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, the Philippines, Mexico, and Singapore, helping students access professional exposure, mentorship, internships, and early career opportunities.

Joshua founded Dreamari to solve a problem he witnessed repeatedly across schools worldwide: students are motivated, talented, and ambitious, but lack direction, clarity, and personalized guidance when choosing a college major or career path. Dreamari takes the insights learned through years of direct work with students and integrates them into a scalable platform that helps young people make informed decisions about their futures. The platform blends behavioral insights, counselor feedback, and validation from real professionals across leading corporations to ensure that students are not only inspired, but guided with accuracy and relevance.

Under Joshua’s leadership, students have secured internships at companies such as Peloton, AT&T, Capri Holdings (Versace, Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo), and multiple Fortune 500 organizations. Thousands more have gained professional development and confidence through Dream Opportunity’s events, panels, and mentorship networks, engaging with analysts, engineers, vice presidents, partners, and C-suite leaders. Joshua has delivered more than 1,000 keynotes and workshops around the world, and his work has been featured on CBS, ABC, Fox News, NewsNation, Yahoo Finance, Black Enterprise, and other major media platforms.

Joshua began his career at BET at age 16 and graduated magna cum laude from the County College of Morris while studying classical composition. He later earned his degree in Social Entrepreneurship from New York University’s Clive Davis Institute and completed the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute’s Blackstone LaunchPad program. His mission is to build a world where every student, regardless of background or geography, has access to clarity, confidence, opportunity, and a fair chance to pursue a meaningful and economically secure future.
